International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide from our warehouse in Suginami, Tokyo, Japan.
Carriers & Services
All orders are shipped via DHL Express for fast and secure delivery. We use the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service whenever possible, meaning all customs duties and import taxes are paid in advance — no surprise fees for you upon delivery.
Packaging
Posters are carefully rolled and shipped in high-quality protective tubes to ensure their safety in transit. Special formats like Tatekan or oversized posters may require custom handling or flat shipping.
Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Europe: 3–6 business days
- North America: 4–8 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 2–5 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes
We ship with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) when possible. This means we cover all import duties and VAT upfront, so you don’t have to worry about paying extra fees when receiving your order. In rare cases where DDP is not available, you will be informed before checkout.
