Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide from our office in Suginami, Tokyo, Japan.
Carriers & Services
All orders ship by DHL Express with door-to-door tracking. Wherever DHL offers it, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Packaging
Each poster is placed in multiple acid-free sleeve layers, inserted into a closed circular tube, wrapped in bubble wrap, then placed inside a square cardboard tube with paper fillers to prevent movement, and sealed with water-repellent tape.
Processing Times
We usually dispatch orders within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Japanese public holidays). When your order ships, we email you the DHL tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Europe: 3 to 6 business days
- North America: 4 to 8 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 2 to 5 business days
- Other regions: 5 to 10 business days
Delivery times run from dispatch and are estimates. Customs inspections or local carrier delays can extend them.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
On DDP shipments, customs duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. If anyone asks you to pay duties or fees on a DDP order, contact us before paying.
If DDP is not available for your country, we will tell you before you complete your order. Import charges may then be due on delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
Most of our posters are one of a kind, so we may decline orders to countries or regions where DHL Express cannot deliver reliably.
Damaged Parcels
If your poster arrives damaged, photograph the poster and its packaging before discarding anything, then email us within 7 days of delivery. Our Refund Policy sets out how we resolve claims.
